Project budgets must be submitted in Turkish Lira (TRY), including VAT, import costs, and customs fees. Applications must be prepared in such a way that no additional budget is required; no additional funding will be provided due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Project proposals must be complete in terms of both content and format. During the evaluation phase, the BAP Commission may request one or more revisions from the principal investigator, either based on the reviewers’ reports or directly.

The human resources development plan, potential for international collaboration, and target for high-quality publications must be explained in detail in the project proposal.
