Application Method

Applications begin with a call for applications issued in accordance with the schedule and quotas determined by the Evaluation Committee.

The application process is initiated by the academic advisor of the project in which the researcher will be involved.

The application package must include the following documents:

The “Application Letter” of the Postdoctoral Researcher candidate,

The “Advisor’s Application Letter ” to be prepared and signed by the academic advisor,

The “Researcher Employment Application Form,” specifying the project in which the researcher will be employed and the purpose of their involvement,

Researcher Evaluation Form: A form completed according to the criteria in Appendix 1, assessing the qualifications of the candidate and the project.

The candidate’s Curriculum Vitae and list of publications,
-
Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree certificates,
-
Foreign language proficiency certificate,
-
Letter of Commitment.

The academic advisor submits the application file, prepared jointly with the researcher candidate, along with the “Justified Request Letter from the Academic Unit” approved by the relevant Department Chair, to the Dean’s Office of the affiliated Faculty or the Director of the Institute. The application file deemed suitable by the relevant academic unit is forwarded to the Evaluation Committee for review.
