Salary

1) The index figure corresponding to the monthly gross contractual salary to be paid to the researcher is determined by the Higher Education Executive Board upon the recommendation of the University Administrative Board. The index figure corresponding to the gross contractual salary to be proposed may not exceed 60,000.

2) No payments may be made to the researcher under any other name in addition to the salary provided for in this article, and no provisions to this effect may be included in the contracts.

Accommodation and Other Benefits

1) Postdoctoral researchers will be provided with housing, within available capacity, in the dormitories at the Kilyos Sarıtepe Campus or in other university housing facilities.

2) Postdoctoral researchers will be issued a staff ID card for the duration of their assignment and assigned an email address with the university’s domain.

3) Researchers may use the university’s library, cafeteria, and IT facilities on the same terms as university staff.
