Within the scope of the "Technical Assistance for Türkiye in Horizon Europe Project," a "General Introductory Training on MSCA Staff Exchanges 2026" will be held on February 12, 2026, in Ankara. Online participation is also available.

Operating under the "Excellent Science" pillar of the Horizon Europe Program, MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE) aims to foster knowledge circulation and enhance cross-border collaborations by bringing together academic and non-academic organizations through short-term secondments. With a budget of approximately €100 million, this mechanism serves as a strategic instrument that strengthens the research and innovation potential of institutions by enabling inter-sectoral mobility.

Delivered by Mr. Jesús Rojo, the training will commence with an overview of the novelties in the 2026 call, evaluation criteria, and statistics from previous periods. The session will then comprehensively cover how to structure research objectives and methodology, plan knowledge transfer, career development, and dissemination activities in the "Impact" section, and detail the work plan, consortium setup, and risk management in the "Implementation" section of the proposal. The training aims to enhance participants' proposal-writing skills through "Do's and Don’ts" analyses and hands-on exercises tailored for each section.

Details and Rules That Need Attention

• The training language will be English, and no interpretation service will be available.
• Pre-registration is mandatory. Physical participation is limited by quota (1 representative per institution), and only those who receive a confirmation email from the Project Team will be able to attend in person.
• The event is free of charge; however, travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participants.
• A Zoom link will be sent to those opting for online participation prior to the event.
