“Beyond Academia: Research Funding, Industry Careers, and Entrepreneurship Opportunities for Young Researchers”, organized in collaboration with Boğaziçi University Young Researchers’ Society (YRS) and the Career Center, will take place on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Boğaziçi University Özger Arnas Hall.

The event will focus on national and international research funding opportunities for young researchers, career pathways beyond academia, professional experiences in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and the technopark ecosystem.

Beyond Academia is open to undergraduate, MSc and PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and all early-career researchers interested in exploring career opportunities in research, industry, and entrepreneurship.
