• Deadline for Online Application and E-Signature Procedures: 14 September 2026, 23:59

Online project applications and all related electronic signature procedures must be completed in full by the stated deadline.

No additional time will be granted for electronic signature procedures. Researchers are therefore strongly advised not to leave the application approval and e-signature processes until the final day.

Applications are submitted online through the ARDEB Project Application System.

Researchers preparing an application are advised to complete all required procedures by taking the updated application deadline and electronic signature process into account.
