PRIMA Funding for NBS360 Project Involving Boğaziçi University Researchers
The project titled “NBS360: A Transformative Innovation Ecosystem for Resilient Water Management through Scalable Nature-Based Solutions in the Mediterranean,” involving Prof. Dr. Nadim Copty, Asst. Prof. Cem İskender Aydın, and Asst. Prof. İrem Daloğlu Çetinkaya from the Institute of Environmental Sciences, has been awarded funding under the PRIMA Program Section 1 call.
Funded under the "Water Management in the Nexus" topic, the project aims to establish a transformative innovation ecosystem and upscale Nature-Based Solutions for sustainable water management to address extreme events in the Mediterranean region. The study will be conducted by a broad international consortium including institutions from Greece, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Tunisia, and Turkey.
