Our university integrates 6 distinguished researchers, awarded support under TÜBİTAK’s "2232-A International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers" and "2232-B International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers" programs, into its research ecosystem.

Under this program, which aims to strengthen reverse brain drain and achieve high-quality scientific outputs on a global scale, 6 outstanding researchers will conduct their studies hosted by Boğaziçi University.

The supported projects will be conducted in the fields of Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, and Neuroscience, covering a broad spectrum of critical and strategic research topics such as hydrogeology and water resources management, metagenomic microbial ecology, polymeric device technologies, battery and energy storage systems, as well as sensory processes and sleep neurobiology. These studies will directly contribute to Boğaziçi University’s vision in sustainability, climate change, clean energy, and life sciences, reinforcing the University’s pioneering role in environmental and materials technologies while strengthening its interdisciplinary research infrastructure between basic sciences and advanced technology applications.
