Assoc. Prof. Dr. Müslüm Demir Receives TÜBİTAK–MHESI Uzbekistan Bilateral Cooperation Support!
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Müslüm Demir from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Boğaziçi University and Prof. Dr. Berdimurov Elyor Tukhliyevich from the National University of Uzbekistan have been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK–MHESI Uzbekistan Bilateral Cooperation Support Programme (2518). Their project has been selected as one of the 21 projects to be supported within this call.
The project, titled “Development of Hybrid MBene–Porous Carbon Materials for Flow Capacitive Deionization (FCDI): A Novel and Sustainable Solution to the Water Crisis in Türkiye and Uzbekistan”, aims to develop innovative hybrid materials that can offer a sustainable and impactful solution to the water challenges faced by both countries.
