Associate Professor Dr. Damla Eroğlu Pala, from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, has been awarded the Dr. Akın Çakmakcı Pioneer Researcher Award by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV). Presented to academic researchers who have led transformative change in Climate Technologies over the past five years, the award recognizes Assoc. Prof. Eroğlu Pala for her innovative work on lithium–sulfur batteries and next-generation battery technologies, which directly contribute to energy storage solutions critical for combating climate change.
