Within the scope of the 10th Call of the Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Funding Scheme (SEA-EU JFS), which aims to enhance scientific and technological cooperation between European and Southeast Asian countries, a virtual info day and matchmaking session will be held on February 26, 2026, to facilitate the establishment of project partnerships.

The event focuses on the thematic area of "New Materials and Green Transition" under the call, in which TÜBİTAK also participates as a funding agency. According to the call rules, project consortia must consist of at least 3 different countries, with at least one from Europe and one from Southeast Asia.

The event will provide an overview of the call objectives, scope, eligibility conditions, and application procedures, as well as guidance on proposal preparation and evaluation criteria. Additionally, a dedicated pitching session will be organized to actively support the formation of high-quality transnational consortia.

• Pitch Application: Researchers wishing to present their project ideas and partnering needs must upload a short pitch deck using the standardized template during registration by January 30, 2026.
• Selection and Preparation: Selected participants will be informed by February 10, 2026, and each pitch will be limited to approximately 5 minutes. Following the pitches, dedicated breakout rooms will be available to foster direct interaction with interested attendees.
