The Horizon Europe-funded PCP WISE project supports the development of Earth Observation (EO) based products and services aimed at water management and climate resilience across Europe. This Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) call targets the development of technological solutions for critical water ecosystem issues such as urban/rural droughts, floods, and wildfires.

• Submission Deadline: 7 January 2026, 19:00
• Phase 1 (Solution Design) Start: 2 March 2026
• Phase 1 Completion Date: 24 June 2026

✅ Eligibility

• The call is open to individuals and legal entities experienced in civil engineering, climate technologies, EO data expertise, artificial intelligence, data science, GIS development, hydrology, and meteorology.
• Proposals must be submitted in English via the Lead Buyer’s e-procurement platform.
• Participation of multi-disciplinary consortia is highly encouraged.

📂 Support Scope and Duration

• The PCP WISE project consists of a 3-phase process encompassing solution design, prototype development, and field validation.
• The first phase, starting in March 2026, will last for 4 months and be completed on 24 June 2026.

💶 Funding Opportunities

• Total Call Budget: 11,765,338.80 Euros.
• Total Phase 1 Budget: 1,500,000 Euros.
• Maximum Support per Contractor (Phase 1): 300,000 Euros (5 contractors are expected in this phase).
