The European Partnership on One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (EUP OH-AMR) has launched its first international call, "Treatments and Adherence to Treatment Protocols (OH-TREAT)". Aiming to reduce the risk of antimicrobial resistance through a One Health approach, the call focusses on developing new combination treatments using existing/innovative antimicrobials, developing tools/methods to improve adherence to treatment protocols, and assessing the impact of veterinary/agricultural antimicrobials on the risk of AMR transmission to humans and the environment.

✅ Eligibility

• Proposals must be submitted by international consortia comprising at least 3 eligible partners from 3 different countries participating in the call including at least two EU Member States or Associated Countries
• 37 funding organizations from 28 countries, including Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), are participating.
• Higher education institutions, training and research hospitals, public institutions, and private companies established in Turkey are eligible under the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program.

📂 Support Scope and Duration

• Projects may have a maximum duration of 36 months (3 years).

Scope:

• Personnel, travel, equipment/software, service procurement, materials/consumables (as per ARDEB regulations).

💶 Funding Opportunities

• Total Call Budget: Over €31 Million.
• Higher Education & Public Institutions are funded 100%.
