The MSCA Doctoral Networks 2024 Coordinators’ Information Day will be held online on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

The event is aimed at coordinators, beneficiaries, and project managers of all projects funded under the MSCA Doctoral Network 2024 call. This interactive event is designed to cover the key management and procedural aspects of the project lifecycle and highlight the main rules and procedures governing Doctoral Networks, with a specific emphasis on the novelties introduced in Horizon Europe.

The agenda includes a presentation on the "Visa Directive for Researchers and Students" as well as live Q&A sessions on project management issues with experts from the Research Executive Agency (REA).

To help participants prepare:

• Pre-recorded presentations (on Recruitment, Contracting & working conditions, Grant Agreement obligations, Finance, Reporting, Communication, Open Science, and Synergies) will be available one month before the event via the "DN2024 Library".
• Downloadable factsheets will also be available, including information on Industrial and Joint Doctorates.
• Participants can submit questions via Slido (#INFODN2024) two weeks before the event; priority will be given to these pre-submitted questions.
