✅ Eligibility

• Local authorities (municipalities), universities, research centers, industrial organizations, technology developers, non-governmental organizations, and financial actors.
• Multi-stakeholder international consortia offering holistic and scalable solutions that contribute to the green transformation of cities.

📂 Support Scope and Duration

• Under the Horizon Europe program, no fixed maximum duration is defined for projects. The duration is expected to be determined by the applicants in alignment with the proposed work plan and targeted climate-neutral outcomes.

💶 Funding Opportunities
