An online workshop titled "Workshop on Carbon Molecular Sieve Membranes (CMSM)" will be organized on November 13, 2025 (14:00 – 15:00 CET), within the scope of the HERMES (Hydrogen Efficient Purification using Membranes in Industrial Gas Streams) Project, which is supported by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, one of the institutionalized partnerships of the Horizon Europe Programme.

The event will focus on significant developments and potentials regarding the development, characterization, and application of carbon molecular sieve membranes (CMSM). Dr. David Alfredo Pacheco Tanaka from TECNALIA will be the keynote speaker, and the workshop will cover the following topics in detail:

• Preliminary findings and innovations in CMSM technology,
• The potential of CMSMs to revolutionize membrane-based gas separation and reactor systems.
