The Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society Cluster aims to strengthen democratic governance and citizen participation, safeguard Europe’s democratic values such as the rule of law and fundamental rights, preserve and promote cultural heritage, and foster social and economic transformations that contribute to inclusive growth.
