The final session of the information series for the EIT Higher Education Initiative (EIT HEI) "Call for Proposals 2025," titled "Open Q&A," will be held on January 20, 2026.

This session is designed as an interactive platform to address any remaining questions from applicants regarding the call process. Participants will be able to seek clarification on eligibility criteria, proposal structure, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework, budget planning, or any other aspect of the application process. The objective is to provide the necessary technical support to applicants before they finalize their proposals.
