Within the scope of the EIT Higher Education Initiative (EIT HEI) "Call for Proposals 2025," an online information session titled "Application and Budget Planning" will be held on January 19, 2026, to support institutions and organizations planning to apply.

This 90-minute session aims to guide applicants in preparing a competitive proposal. The key topics to be covered include:

• Proposal Preparation: How to structure a strong and high-quality application.
• Consortium Management: Ensuring effective division of labor, role distribution, and coordination among partners.
• Budget Design: How to plan a realistic, well-balanced, and strategic budget aligned with project objectives and activities.
