Within the scope of the "Technical Assistance for Türkiye in Horizon Europe" Project, the Open Call for Short Proposal Development Support for the EIC Accelerator Programme has been launched. This support targets innovative SMEs and start-ups focused on deep tech with high-risk, high-gain potential across Europe, assisting them during the initial "Short Proposal" stage of the EIC Accelerator application process. Specifically designed for 100 Turkish organizations, the support aims to facilitate access to the EIC Accelerator and enhance the quality of applications from Türkiye.

• The call is continuously open.
• Evaluations are batched monthly.
• Feedback is expected within 4-6 weeks of the batching date.

✅ Eligibility

• This support program targets Turkish entities preparing an EIC Accelerator application, including:
• Technopark Companies
• R&D-focused SMEs
• Deep Tech-based initiatives and start-ups
• University spin-off companies / University Spinouts and Startups
• Individual researchers (with a commitment to establish an SME)
• The entity applying to the EIC Accelerator itself must be an SME or intend to establish one.

📂 Scope of Support

Applicants will receive expert support during the short proposal preparation process on the following aspects:

• Guidance and Expert Advice: Personalized support from experienced experts in preparing the comprehensive application form, compelling pitch deck, and 3-minute video presentation.
• Customized Feedback: Expert review of the short proposal to help refine it and maximize the chances of success.
• Targeted Support: Assistance tailored to the specific needs of the project, whether it originates from a technopark company, R&D-focused SME, university spinout, or researcher.

💶 Funding Opportunities

This programme offers expert consultancy and support for proposal preparation, not direct project funding.

• The EIC Accelerator itself offers grants up to €2.5 million and equity investments between €0.5-€10 million.
