Supported by Horizon Europe, the EDiHTA Project is opening its doors to validate Europe’s first common HTA (Health Technology Assessment) framework, developed to ensure standardization in the evaluation of digital health technologies (DHT). This call offers digital health technology developers and manufacturers the opportunity to shape future European standards and interact directly with decision-makers.
📅 Call Timeline
- Application Deadline: March 20, 2026
- Announcement of Results: May 2026
- Pilot Implementation Period: July 2026 – April 2027
✅ Eligilibility
- Digital health technology developers, manufacturers, and suppliers (SMEs and large-scale organizations).
- Digital health solutions with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of at least 4 and a European market entry strategy.
- Actors developing particularly telemedicine, mobile health (mHealth), clinical decision support systems, and AI-based health tools.
📂 Support Scope and Duration
- EDiHTA is a 4-year (48-month) project that started on January 1, 2024. The pilot implementations under this call cover a period of approximately 10 months.
💶 Funding Opportunities
- This call is an "HTA framework validation" process. Participants may benefit from TÜBİTAK’s Support and Award Programs for Encouraging Participation in International Collaborations (e.g., Above Threshold Award).
