The Netherlands Innovation Network, TÜBİTAK, and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) are pleased to invite you to an online Info Day on the upcoming Horizon Europe Twinning Call (expected to open in 2026).

The Twinning Programme, under the Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence pillar of Horizon Europe, aims to connect research institutions from Widening countries (as coordinators) with leading counterparts across Europe. It focuses on strengthening research excellence through knowledge transfer, exchange of best practices, and capacity building.

Expected outcomes include enhanced research capacity, stronger strategic partnerships, increased visibility and reputation of institutions and researchers, improved research management skills, and greater creativity and mobility in R&I cooperation through innovative collaboration models.
