AGDATA (Agriculture of Data) 2025 Joint Co-funded Call
The European Partnership on Agriculture of Data (AGDATA), supported under the Horizon Europe Program, aims to enhance the climate, environmental, and socio-economic sustainability and productivity of agriculture. In this context, the 2025 Joint International Call focusing on "EU-wide data-driven solutions to real problems" has been launched. The call aims to fund international R&I projects that utilize the potential of data from Earth Observation, environmental, and agricultural sources, employing newly developed digital and data technologies. Projects must address one of the following three topics:
- Data technologies and data management: Focusing on identification, access, storage, integration, and processing of FAIR data, interoperability, data sharing, and enabling AI techniques for robust AI models.
- Data-based solutions for sustainable agriculture: Aiming to strengthen the capacity to adapt to climate change, enhance functionality, improve performance assessment, and support decision-making.
- Data-based solutions for policy-making: To provide reliable indicators reflecting the effects of policies (especially the Common Agricultural Policy - CAP) and develop tools to strengthen policy performance assessment.
- Projects are also expected to integrate Use Cases (UCs) aligned with the AGDATA SRIA and follow a multi-actor and user-centric approach.
