Within the framework of the cooperation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the National Centre for Research and Development of Poland (NCBR), the 7th Bilateral Cooperation Call has been launched. Focusing on product and process innovation with commercial potential rather than basic research, the call invites proposals in the thematic areas of Health (Pharmaceuticals, Epidemiological Studies, Biomaterials), Food (Innovative and Sustainable Production), Agriculture (Green and Sustainable Agriculture), and ICT (Artificial Intelligence).

✅ Eligibility

• Projects must include partners from both Turkey and Poland.
• Unilateral applications are not accepted.
• For Türkiye side, industrial organizations can apply. Universities and public institutions can participate only as partners alongside industrial organizations.
• For Poland side, research entities, universities, and industries are eligible under NCBR rules.

📂 Support Scope and Duration

• Project duration depends on the project.

Scope:

• Personnel costs.
• Travel costs.
• Equipment, software, and publication costs.
• Consultancy and service procurement costs.
• Material and consumables costs.

📌 Basic research projects are not supported under this call.

💶 Funding Opportunities

• Partners in Turkey will be funded under the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program.
• Based on the size of the industrial organization (typically 75% for SMEs, 60% for Large Enterprises) and 100% for universities, subject to TÜBİTAK national regulations.
